Terms and Conditions for Flipp

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Flipp ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to amend these Terms of Service at any time and will update these Terms of Service in the event of any such amendments.

Account and Access

To access and use our Service, you may need to register with us and set up an account with your email address and a password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities associated with or occurring under your account.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for all content you upload, post, email or otherwise transmit via the Service. You agree to comply with all laws and regulations applicable to your use of the Service.

Company Community and Content

Flipp's company board is a workplace space for authorized colleagues. Objectionable content and abusive behavior are not permitted. Do not post harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech, discriminatory abuse, sexual exploitation, pornography, graphic violence, unlawful material, impersonation, scams or spam. Do not disclose another person's private information or confidential company material without permission, or upload material that infringes another person's rights. These rules apply to posts, comments, links and uploaded images.

You retain your rights in the material you provide. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to share it with the selected organization. You grant pier creative a non-exclusive permission to store, reproduce and display that material only as needed to operate the Service, apply your organization's access rules and handle safety reports. This does not transfer ownership or authorize unrelated advertising use. Removal and any legally required retention follow our privacy policy.

Use the in-app reporting and blocking controls to flag abusive content or users. You can also contact support@flippapp.ai. Authorized administrators and the operator may review reports, remove content and restrict accounts that breach these rules. We prioritize urgent safety concerns and review reports promptly. Contact support to contest a moderation decision. Flipp is not an emergency service.

Payment and Fees

Your organization's selected plan or written order sets the price, billing period and included services. Applicable charges and renewal terms are shown before purchase through the website. The mobile apps access your existing workspace and do not sell subscriptions. Contact support@flippapp.ai for billing, cancellation or refund requests. Any mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of pier creative. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the Switzerland and foreign countries.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

Limitation Of Liability

In no event shall pier creative, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
