March 2025: questionnaires, guided set-up and goal ratings
Between November 2024 and March 2025, Flipp learned to ask questions and to rate the answers.
Employee questionnaires
Questionnaires are shared through a unique link, so people can answer without an account. Administrators create and manage them in Flipp.
A guided set-up
New organisations are walked through the essentials in order: create or join an organisation, choose a plan, invite the team and complete a profile.
Behaviour goals and ratings
Behaviour goals sit next to objectives in a person's plan, and reviews gained ratings, so a review ends with a clear assessment rather than a comment alone.
AI help with goals
AI can help write and refine a goal, in addition to the job descriptions it already drafted for recruiting.
Clients
Clients can be recorded next to the projects done for them.
