January 2026: German and Italian, a new Home and yearly plans
From October 2025 to January 2026, Flipp picked up two languages and a new way to find your way around.
German and Italian
The interface became available in German and Italian as well as English, with a language selector on every page. French followed in full in March 2026.
A new Home
A new Home page became the starting point after sign-in.
Profiles and yearly objective plans
Every person has a profile, and each year's objective plan sits on it, so goals and reviews stay with the person from one year to the next.
Project boards
Projects gained a board for moving work through its stages.
Reviews and legal entities
Goal reviews were reworked, the period can be chosen when a goal is created, and people can be grouped by legal entity.
